Let’s meet for an informal chat to unpack the following:

  • The kind of relationship you currently have with yourself

  • Your thought patterns, limiting beliefs, and inner voices

  • How perfectionism appears in different areas of your life

  • The impact these have on your life

I am also happy to answer any questions you have about my services and coaching style.

By the end of this session, I will provide you with insights and recommendations about specific things you need to work on. Together, we will also explore whether we feel we are the right fit for each other to commence coaching sessions.

1:1 Coaching (45-minutes)

A Complimentary Discovery Chat is required before we begin coaching sessions.

During these sessions, I will hold a safe space for you to fully explore your thought patterns, beliefs, inner voices, and subconscious fears. We will also uncover the root causes of these. I will use powerful questioning tools to help you gain deeper insight into yourself and your mindset.

Specifically, I will help you do the following:

  • Confront your limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns

  • Challenge unhelpful inner voices and assumptions and overcome these

  • Gain confidence in and fully accept who you are as a person

  • Identify and be able to clearly articulate what your goals are in life and why these goals are important

  • Define what self-love means to you and understand how critical this is to your success and happiness

  • Manage perfectionism and procrastination

  • Design and implement self-care practices that are sustainable and effective
